Voor de functie van Technisch Commercieel Medewerker Aandrijvingen op onze vestiging in Hoogerheide (Nederland) zijn wij op zoek naar een commercieel medewerker binnendienst.

Wat ga je doen?

Als Commercieel Medewerker in de binnendienst kom je te werken in een ambitieus, hecht, open en transparant team van collega´s.

Na een inwerkperiode ondersteun je samen met je collega’s het buitendienst team en zorg je voor het hele traject van telefonische verkoop en orderstroom, dit vanaf de aanvraag, tot de orderverwerking en de afterservice.

Als adviseur help je jouw klanten bij vragen en verdiep jij je in het oplossen van technische vraagstukken, waarbij optimale klant en service gerichtheid belangrijk is.

De vragen hebben betrekking op onder andere tandwielkasten, aandrijftechniek, elektromotoren, reductoren en overbrengingen. Geen enkele dag is hetzelfde en je komt te werken met een ervaren team van aandrijfspecialisten.

Door het uitstekende contact en de opgebouwde know-how ben jij in staat alert in te spelen op de specifieke technische vragen.

IDEC AUTOMATION SALES Product Specialist: The position

Because of expansion, Apem Benelux is looking for an IDEC Automation Sales Product Specialist. Being a part of an international group and working for the Benelux affiliate, in this role you will become the local product specialist for IDEC products within the Benelux market.

In his/her role as a Product Sales Specialist, through product trainings the candidate will take care of customer requests, quote and support customers and the local account managers to define the right technical solution against every request. A regular contact with the Global Product Managers for each of the product lines ensures all necessary support. He/she will actively promote the IDEC business and push the complete IDEC product range forward.

The product specialist will regularly perform product trainings at the distributors’ and integrators’ premises and inform them through product launches on the latest product releases.

In his/her External Sales role he/she will visit customers and integrators. Assessing the customer needs, the Product Specialist Automation will recommend, quote for and oversee growth of IDEC Automation Products within the Benelux.

Inside Sales IDEC Product Specialist: Your profile

  • Bachelor degree in automation, electronics, (electro)mechanical engineering or similar through proven experience
  • Competent in the understanding and application of machines
  • Very good knowledge of Dutch, fluency in English, practical knowledge of French
  • A customer driven approach and not afraid of administration

After Sales Engineer Motors & Drives (M/F)

Our company:

Job scope : 

  • After sales support to customers, including field services, inspections in the workshop, preparation of technical and quality reports. The product scope covers, but is not limited to, Low/High voltage electric motors, geared motors and drives. 

Your tasks: 

  • Communicate with customer(s), internal team and factories with efficiency. 
  • Answer general technical requests (emails, phone calls, etc.). 
  • Analyze warranty requests and give proper feedback to customers, following the guidelines and warranty policy. 
  • Organize service cases documentation electronically and in hard copies (if needed). 
  • Ability to make use of the available systems to manage after sales, services cases, check specifications, generate documentation and reports. 
  • Perform inspections (electrical, mechanical and visual) for after sales and quality cases and report accordingly. 
  • Perform field visits (technical problem, warranty request, services in general). 
  • Respect the rules and guidelines as established by the company and management. 

Your skills: 

  • Graduate Electrical or Electromechanical Engineer 
  • French or Dutch native speaker and fluent in English (spoken en written). 
  • Good communication skills, organized, promptness, problem solving, assiduity and able to follow strict procedures 
  • Experience with electric motors and/or previous experience in after sales is a must. 
  • Knowledge on Quality systems and Quality tools (such as FMEA, PARETO and ISHIKAWA)

  • You have a master in technical studies such as electrics or electro-mechanics or relevant experience 
  • You have relevant experience of min. 5 years in a commercial and technical department 
  • You have relevant experience in offering on technical matters 
  • You are independent and enthusiast, but also a team player who can communicate easily with your contact persons and colleagues 
  • You have an analytical, creative and commercial mindset and you care for details. 
  • You are either French or Dutch speaker with deep knowledge of Dutch and English (written and spoken) 
  • MS Office knowledge is requested. SAP knowledge is a plus.

ICT Collaborator

Due to its actual growth, WEG BENELUX is actively searching for an ICT collaborator, the base location will be Nivelles Belgium, but support for our office in Hengelo The Netherlands is included.

Your tasks: 

  • • A close interaction with the local staff for any question related to IT
    • Installation new PC, Cisco phone, mobile phone, warehouse-scanner etc. 
    • Help with software questions (mainly Excel, Outlook, OneNote, etc.) 
  • Support IT projects (hardware and software) + organize trainings
    • New project 2021: electronic invoicing and SAP update for consignment stock. 
    • DBM 
  • Coordination of the infrastructure, network and system services (in alignment with the WEG Corporative IT rules) 
  • Create IT profiles of every user. 
  • Plan and coordinate maintenance schedules of the system landscape
    • Map all info in our internal Kace management information system 
  • Coordinate activities with (local) service providers 
  • Standardize, map and identify opportunities for optimization of business processes 

Your skills: 

  • You have a degree in informatica (Master or Bachelor) 
  • You have experience in a similar position 
  • You are independent and enthusiast with communicative skills 
  • You have analytical skills and conceptual thinking 
  • You are fluent in English (written and spoken) with good knowledge of Dutch and French. 
  • Besides hardware, you are also experienced in software

  • Your input can make the difference to develop dedicated products for our market

  • You have a master in technical studies such as electrics or electro-mechanics 
  • You have good knowledge in electrical motors and frequency drives 
  • You have a relevant experience in a commercial position in a technical environment 
  • You can build a network with people in different activities and in different functions (engineering, purchase, logistics, …) 
  • You are independent and enthusiast, but also a team player who can communicate easily with your contact persons and colleagues 
  • You are not afraid to do some pioneering on the market and to search actively for new technical opportunities for the Key Account 
  • You have good knowledge of English (written and spoken) as well as Dutch, French is seen as an advantage.
